The Blackstar 10th Anniversary Artist 10 AE is a compact all-tube electric guitar combo that proves to be the ideal recording amp for glassy clean and hot lead sounds. The single ended power amplifier with a 6L6 tube and 10 Watt output guarantees a powerful sound with appealing dynamics, which is perfectly accentuated by the 12" Celestion Seventy 80 loudspeaker. Based on an ECC83 tube, the single-channel preamplifier offers a straightforward design with gain, tone and master controls to quickly find the right sound. At the same time, the switchable drive circuit enables an enormous increase in gain reserves, while the integrated reverb effect ensures a harmonious three-dimensionality.
