The Blackstar Dept. 10 Boost is the perfect pedal to give your amp's preamp an extra push of authentic tube character. Compact and easy to use, this effects pedal features an ECC83 dual triode that operates at an internal voltage of 200 volts and delivers the response of real tube amps. For further sound shaping, a classic Baxandall-style equalizer circuit is available, allowing stepless boosts or cuts of the high and low registers via the two controls for Low and High – without distorting the distinctive tube character.
