Blackstar HT-1R Combo Ive been looking for combo for home quite long now. And when I saw 1 watt valve Blackstar I was a little excited. Ordered to Russia. Everything came whole and operative.
What I really like about this combo, is that it has become possible to play an electric guitar at home at normal sound level. Clean channel is great. Overdriven is good on low gain, thou I wasnt so impressed about high gain. Honestly, I expected a bit more.
Also ISF feature is quite interesting thing to play along with.

prefect little 1w tube amp for home recording and practice absolutely amazing , clean and overdrive both channel sound very good
even i turned the volume really low, i could still feel the rich tube tone came out of it. i have a few small amps include few big brands, none of them sound as good as this little monster.
i also tried few different guitars with it ,n worked prefect .especially with the stratocaster sound really vintage
so if anyone looking for a small tube amp the blackstar definitely is one of the best. highly recommend!

Device simply super. I advise to take all and quickly. Sound at the device the very worthy!! For such money of the best for the house probably isnt present.
The sound is amazing, it is same like at all of reviews on youtube, and is great, but unfortunately my new combo works only 5-10 minutes after start, and, after warming, it sounds like over over over gain and same time volume drop down. It is new and I could send it back, but I am from Russia and this is too long time. I took it to local service centre. So, problem is output lamp were dead. Buy the way, instead of tubes TAD ECC82 and SOVTEK ECC83 (like it should be) it were too chip no name Chinese tubes. I realise this is most inexpensive tube combo at market, but it should not happened, if it is selling under blackstar brand. By the way, official blackstar forum ignores all topics with similar problems (there are a lot of topic with ht-1r troubles).
So, if you like to order it, be sure to buy simultaneously normal tubes 12au7 and 12ax7.
