Based on state-of-the-art BOSS technology, the heart of the Boss DM-101 is its eight analogue BBD (Bucket Brigade Device) memories for creating warm, organic and, most importantly, musical delays that perfectly recreate the characteristic sound of classic analogue delay pedals. Here, 12 different modes are available that reflect famous delay and echo classics. Thanks to the additional mod section with its own controls for Mod Rate, Mod Depth and Variation, even more unusual sounds are no problem for the DM-101.

Connections for MIDI, footswitch and expression

At the rear, the Boss DM-101 offers a variety of connections, including a stereo output for creating room-filling sounds, while a MIDI interface provides seamless integration into existing setups. The MIDI connection allows delay settings to be stored, recalled, and even synchronized with other MIDI-enabled devices. Furthermore, for your own sound creations, up to 127 user memory locations are available via MIDI, which can be recalled at any time at the touch of a button. A connection for footswitches such as the Boss FS-5U or expression pedals is also on board the Boss DM-101 Delay Machine.
