Boss Nextone Artist

The Boss Nextone Artist is an 80W combo Guitar amplifier with Tube Logic circuitry and an array of modern features. The Nextone Artist simulates the sound character of the most popular European and American power amp tubes, while the clean and lead channels include 2x separate sound levels alongside 3-band tone control and integrated reverb and delay effects. The Nextone Artist also features a USB port for connecting to the Nextone Editor software, a serial effects path and a headphone jack. Each channel's optional custom mode allows you to precisely tune and then save the sound using this software editor, which accesses the amp via the USB port.

Based on the Boss Tube-Logic circuit, which reproduces the complex processes within a tube circuit down to the smallest detail, the Boss Nextone Artist delivers authentic vintage sounds with high transparency and a lively response through the Clean channel, while first-class overdrive sounds for traditional blues and rock tones are available from the Lead Channel. Each channel's optional custom mode, on the other hand, allows you to precisely tune and then save the sound using the free Nextone Editor, which accesses the amp via the USB port.

The classic 3-band tone control, which is available to both channels of the Nextone Artist, also allows precise sound adjustment. In addition, this compact Guitar combo includes Reverb and Delay effects, the tap tempo of which makes it easy to select the delay time whilst offering the most important effects. There's also a serial effects path to loop additional effects into the signal path.

The 4-stage rotary switch selects between the authentically reproduced characters of the most legendary power amp tubes, from the soft break-up of the 6V6 to the overtone-rich sound of the EL84 and the juicy mid-range of the 6L6 to the British bite of the EL34. In addition, the power of the amplifier can be reduced to 40W and 0.5W, causing it to more easily break into distortion.
