Additional effect algorithms are released regularly and can be swapped in (except for the eight factory presets), giving players access to a constantly expanding range of boutique and vintage effects in one compact, always-ready device. The sounds are powered by proven Boss AIRD technology, ensuring an organic feel, responsive dynamics and rich tonal character. Effect parameters can be adjusted directly through the intuitive interface, and an external expression pedal can be connected via the EXP-CTL input. In addition, USB and MIDI functionality allow easy effect management on both PC and Mac.
