The Galaxy Audio CM-140 is a neat and precise decibel meter allowing engineers to check their level with minimum effort. The built-in condenser microphone registers up to 130dB.
The CM-140 is an inexpensive tool everybody should own. The CM-140 meets the same IEC 651 Type 2 standards of SPL meters that cost 5 times as much or more. Windscreen and battery are included.
The CHECK MATE series SPL (Sound Pressure Level) meters, first introduced in early 2003, allow musicians, sound contractors, and others to measure SPL in decibels (dB).
