The Chase Bliss Audio Blooper at a glance

The Chase Bliss Audio Blooper combines classic phrase looping with extensive possibilities for creative manipulation. The looper section offers up to eight recording layers with undo/redo function and three different recording modes: In Normal mode, the Blooper can be used like a usual looper pedal and adds all modifiers to the signal afterwards. In Additive mode, all modifier and stability settings are recorded together with the loop. Useful live functions like one-shot sample launching or stutter effects are finally available with the Sampler mode. Of course, as a true Chase Bliss circuit, the Blooper also offers extensive control options in the form of front-panel DIP switches, which allow control of specific parameters via expression or ramp functions, and even communications with other devices via MIDI.
