I have 2 of these, one for my guitar to the effects and one from the effects to the amp and there is no quality loss. Its also very durable, after 4 years the cable hasnt been ever broken inside, also the tip is still perfectly golden.
So yeah, worth the extra cash.
I have been buying D'Addario cables exclusively for some time now. They are very dependable and noise free. You plug in and forget they exist, as proper cables should. Excellent.
