The blanks of the Venn reeds are made from resin, natural cane, and polymer fibers. This results in a reed with a natural sound while maintaining the familiar playing feel. A proportion of resin makes the Venn reed highly resistant, allowing it to last much longer than a conventional reed. The sound of the Venn reeds is balanced and warm.
