High-quality miking of drums and percussion

The DPA d:vote CORE 4099D Drum is the solution for high-quality miking of drums and percussion. The small size and unobtrusive design offer visual elegance paired with uncompromising audio quality and the highest dynamic range.

Clamping system

The unique and flexible clamping system guarantees fast, robust and repeatable positioning. Thanks to the gooseneck, the microphones can easily be positioned at different angles to adapt to different drums and bring out a variety of sound variations. The 4099-DC-2-201-D comes with a wired XLR adapter for phantom power connection.

Clip

Additional flexibility is provided by the clip's new 90° attachment, which allows the microphone to be aligned as required. The clip is detached from the gooseneck and inserted into the groove of the holder rotated by 90°.

The DPA d:vote CORE 4099D Drum can be naturally combined with all other microphones. Even miking a bass drum is no problem: by using the VC4099 violin clip, the microphone can be perfectly clamped to its clamping ring. The DC4099 is also available separately.
