With the DV Mark Evo1 Head, the Italian amp manufacturer presents a revolutionary modeling concept for electric guitarists. The lightweight top is positioned between the classic analogue 2-channel and the popular DV Mark Multiamp. Accordingly, the EVO 1 offers the flexible sound of the versatile modeler with the ease of use of conventional guitar amplifiers with separate control sections consisting of 3-band EQ, reverb and gain. With an amp rotary switch, six ready-made presets are available on both channels, which can be edited in depth with the free Evo 1 software. Last but not least, the EVO1 comes with two effect loops, line out in XLR format and speaker outputs in jack and Speakon format for professional connectivity to any studio and stage environment.

The design of the DV Mark EVO 1 follows the 2-channel concept of most common amplifiers and provides the top with separate controls for both channels. Thus both channels offer corresponding possibilities for precise fine-tuning. Up to six different amp voicings can be stored per channel and recalled separately for both channels using the amp controller.
With a 250-watt MPT (Mark Proprietary Technology) power amplifier, the DV Mark EVO 1 delivers up to 250 watts of power to speakers with at least 4 ohms impedance for sufficient volume for samples and larger gigs. In addition to connectors in mono jack format, the EVO 1 also offers the option of connecting speakers via Speakon.
DV Mark provides the free EVO Control software for editing the internal presets. The program, especially written for the EVO 1 Head, offers extensive editing possibilities from the basic voicing of the amp to the fine tweaking of the EQ and the editable effects section. For this purpose, the EVO 1 Head is simply connected to the PC via USB connection. Firmware updates can also be installed via the EVO Control software.

If you want to use the EVO 1 as simply as possible, you can fall back on the optionally available EVO1 controller. The footswitch has two switches for channel selection, separate switches for both effect loops and a boost on/off switch.
