Each string of the 4-string Bass has an optimally tuned length, from 34" (864 mm) at the G to 36.25" (921 mm) at the low E, so that a precise and tight sound is guaranteed. Furthermore, Dingwall relies on a swamp ash body with a chic cloud maple top, which has an optimal balance on the strap as well as on the thigh, and a bolt-on three-piece maple neck, whose slim medium-thin C profile lets every groove come out of the fingers with ease.
