DivKid Mutes Mk2 at a glance

Mutes Mk2 is a refined four-channel VCA-based switch and mute module developed by modular specialist DivKid (Ben Wilson) in collaboration with Befaco. Each of the four identical channels features a three-way toggle switch that allows for temporary, off, and on states, enabling both momentary and latching operation. The improved VCA design ensures smooth, click-free switching, making the module ideal for both audio and CV signals. Thanks to its normalised outputs, Mutes Mk2 can also be used as a set of switchable multiples, allowing a single input to be distributed to several outputs selectively. This makes it a versatile tool for live performance and studio routing alike. The second generation of Mutes is designed for even greater flexibility, as it can be converted into a 1U module in the Intellijel format. The required 1U front panel is included, making the transition simple and quick. Mutes Mk2 is a compact and efficient solution for signal control in any Eurorack system.
