Doepfer A-190-9 Micro MIDI-to-CV/Gate Interface

Rudimentary MIDI conversion to only 2TE

With the A-190-9 Micro MIDI to CV/Gate InterfaceDoepfer presents its simplest MIDI to CV/Gate interface to date. The module only requires 2 HP of rack space and only processes note values, i.e. pitch and gate length, no velocity, pitch bend, controller or clock. CV and Gate are each available in duplicate, which saves the use of a multiple to duplicate the two signals in some patches. The module is connected to other MIDI equipment via a MIDI TRS adapter (available separately).

The midi input can be normalized internally via Arduino cable to the midi output of another A-100 module, provided this has an internal midi output (e.g. A-155-2, A-198-2). This allows you to output the CV voltage of the A-155-2 in quantized form, for example.
