The Dwarfcraft Devices Witch Shifter is a pitch shifter with extensive control options. The effect signal, with a pitch range of up to an octave above or below the output tone, is periodically crossfaded with the dry signal, resulting in a wide range of possible combinations, from reverb-like sounds to a tempestuous thunderstorm of sound. Especially when the Scatter and Bend functions are activated, the Witch Shifter generates almost random arpeggios and unpredictable sound results. In addition, there is a DinDinDin switch on board that temporarily freezes the audio buffer and creates pulsating glitches. If that's still not enough, the Witch Shifter's Secret Menu provides an additional delay effect.
