The EVH 5150 Series Standard EB Stealth Black is an uncompromising high-speed rock guitar whose design is clearly inspired by Eddie van Halen's shredding axes of the wild '80s. Accordingly, the linden body with the asymmetrical contour is extremely comfortable and stable on the player, while on the slim maple neck, thanks to the "High Performance Modern C" profile and compound fingerboard radius, every solo or riff comes out of the hand as if by magic. Two EVH Wolfgang humbuckers with juicy Output furthermore provide rich overdrive and distortion sounds with perfect articulation and extreme stutter effects thanks to built-in arcade-style kill switch. naturally, the EVH 5150 Series Standard features a Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo equipped with a D-Tuna for lightning-fast retuning to Drop-D.
