EVH Wolfgang humbucker & Treble Bleed Circuit

The two direct-mount EVH Wolfgang humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions form the sonic heart of the EVH Wolfgang Special Striped and produce a powerful sound that provides a broad Chords and radiant leads. Effects such as Volume swells can be easily realized via the Bourns Low Friction volume control. The additional treble bleed circuit ensures that the treble content is fully retained in all volume control settings.

Floyd Rose Tremolo with EVH D-Tuna

The original Floyd Rose tremolo system expands the playing possibilities of the EVH Wolfgang Special Striped and expressive lead techniques such as dive bombs and squeals, which the instrument is extremely tuning stable thanks to the additional Floyd Rose R2 locking saddle. Another highlight is the EVH D-Tuna. This gadget, specially designed for guitars with Floyd Rose systems, is mounted on the string saddle of the low E string and can tune it a whole tone higher or lower in a matter of seconds, making it easy to switch between standard and drop tunings at any time.
