Wata (Boris) Signature Fuzz/Sustainer Effects Pedal
Designed specifically for Wata, guitarist and keyboardist for Japanese band Boris, the Earthquaker Devices Hizumitas evokes the juiciest sounds of drone and doom metal. The fuzz pedal is based on Wata's original seventies Japanese-made Elk BM Sustainar, which produces the classic 'Triangle' sound and is celebrated to this day by harder-edged guitarists for its brute gain reserves. The Earthquaker Devices Hizumitas is a successful replica of the original and offers a very simple operation: Three controls for volume, Sustain and Tone determine the output volume, the intensity of the Distortion and the sustain, as well as the tone coloration of the effect.
