Two-channel fuzz effect pedal for electric guitar with Octaver
With the Earthquaker Devices Hoof Reaper V2, the creative effect designers from Akron, Ohio, combine two of their most successful fuzz effects with an Old School Octaver to create a versatile effect pedal for electric guitar. The "Hoof" channel offers a wide gain spectrum and endless sustain, while the "Reaper" channel delivers a warm, throaty sound. In addition, the effect pedal offers a switchable octave, which adds an octave above the played tone in the best Old School manner. Both channels and the Octaver of the Earthquaker Devices Hoof Reaper V2 can be activated in any combination via the three footswitches, so that there are no limits to the sound possibilities. Compared to the previous version, the footswitches also support"Flexi-Switching", which switches the effect on or off as usual for a short kick, or activates it by pressing and holding until the foot is removed.
