KL Fresnel 8 IP – Motorised Zoom & IP65

The KL Fresnel 8 IP is a professional LED Fresnel spotlight featuring a powerful 500 W RGBMA LED engine, a motorised zoom range and an IP65-certified housing. With a light output of 16,028 lumens (integrating sphere), high colour rendering of CRI 94 and TLCI 95, and a variably adjustable colour temperature ranging from 2,400 K to 8,500 K, the unit is suitable for demanding lighting tasks in the events, studio and theatre sectors.

The motorised zoom covers a range from 8° to 60° and allows for flexible adjustment of the beam angle. Additionally , CMY emulation, x/y colour control, green/magenta correction and a virtual colour filter catalogue are available. For dynamic lighting effects, the spotlight offers a variable strobe effect from 1 to 20 Hz, various 16-bit dimming curves, as well as Dim-to-Warm and Red-Shift emulation.

Flexible control and robust features

The KL Fresnel 8 IP supports eight DMX channel modes, RDM, Aria x2 Wireless Device Management and NFC configuration for convenient set-up. The full-colour, 180° rotatable LCD menu display with two rotary encoders allows for easy operation directly on the unit. Four DMX-controllable fan modes and an adjustable LED refresh rate ranging from 900 Hz to 25 kHz further expand the customisation options.

Thanks to its IP65-certified housing, the spotlight is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. The connections include IP65-rated 5-pin DMX and locking power inputs and outputs. The scope of delivery already includes a gel frame, an 8-leaf barn door, a safety cable and an IP65 locking mains cable, meaning the KL Fresnel 8 IP is ready for professional use straight out of the box.
