Features

The battery-powered speaker offers 400 watts of power and features a 2-way configuration with a 12" bass driver with ferrite magnet and a 1" tweeter with ferrofluid cooling, equipped with a high-energy neodymium magnetNeodymium:
Neodymium is a metal that is used in loudspeakers and headphones for the manufacture of magnets. Neodymium magnets generate strong magnetic fields for maximum power and low weight. The 12" bass driver is mounted in Electro Voice's patented SST waveguide design with a constant directivity pattern that allows for exceptionally high sound pressure with uniform 100° x 60° coverage and improved acoustic directivity and bass extension.

The speaker also features the QuickSmart DSP from Electro Voice and a built-in 4-channel digital mixer with FX (footswitch controlled), 48V phantom power, feedback suppression and ducking functions. Another highlight is the integrated Bluetooth 5.0 audio streaming, which enables stereo Bluetooth streaming with True Wireless Stereo (TWS) between two EVERSE speakers. An additional USB-C socket on the back allows you to connect and charge a tablet or smartphone. Furthermore, an integrated 12 volt connection provides power to operate an RE3 or R300 wireless system.

Weatherproof housing (IP43)

The robust polypropylene housing has a weatherproof cover for the connections at the rear, making the speaker splash-proof and easily splash- and rain-proof by protection class IP43. The protective cover, available as an accessory, provides additional weather resistance and protection. The 35 mm speaker flange offers additional flexibility for positioning and mounting. The speaker can also be used optimally as a floor monitor with a 55° angle or placed upright at a 25° kickback angle. The ergonomically designed soft-touch handle makes it easy to transport the EVERSE 12.
