With the Epiphone Limited Edition EF-160E Natural, Epiphone presents an extremely affordable version of the electro-acoustic Round Shoulder Dreadnought that made rock'n'roll history in 1954. Accordingly, the acoustic guitar offers a body with a solid top made of Sitka spruce as well as back and sides made of mahogany, which together provide a lively sound. At the end of the fingerboard there is a magnetic Epiphone Stacked P-100 Pickup.

The large dreadnought body with its characteristic round shoulders is made of laminated mahogany back and sides, while the top is made of solid Sitka spruce. Accordingly, the Epiphone EJ-160E delivers a powerful sound image with healthy volume and lively dynamics, whose rich bass pressure, vocal mids and brilliant highs provide the perfect basis for flatpicking and vocal accompaniment. With its slim neck in a slim taper profile, narrow saddle width and soft 24.75" scale length (628 mm), the acoustic guitar also offers a high level of playing comfort that is particularly suitable for electric guitarists.

Furthermore, the Epiphone Limited Edition EJ-160E Natural is historically correct equipped with a magnetic pickup system in the form of the Epiphone Stacked P-100 Single Coil, which prepares the acoustic guitar for use on stage and represented an absolute revolution in 1954. Accordingly, the EJ-160E delivers a brilliant sound at the amplifier that combines the woody warmth of the mighty dreadnought with the bell-like brilliance of an electric guitar, enabling expressive guitar playing with lively dynamics. To control the sound image, a volume and a tone control are also available, which are placed below the pickguard on the ceiling.
