Useful functions for combined use

The Erica Synths SEQUENTIAL SWITCH CV GENERATOR Module is an expansion module for the Sequential Switch Module (SYN0005452-000) and transforms it into a powerful 8-step sequencer with many functions. In combination both modules CV and GATE generate signals in full performance of a sequential switch: merging, pausing, switching and manual selection of steps, random playback and piano mode in which the currently set note is played at the push of a button, which is great for targeted performances.

CV generator

The CV generator generates control voltages for each step in the range of 0 to +5V. The optimal range for the corresponding application can be selected via a triple switch (1.3.5V). As soon as a patch cable is connected to an input socket of the Sequential Switch module, the internal connection to the CV generator module is automatically interrupted and it then operates as a conventional Sequential Switch module. The CV generator is internally connected via a ribbon cable, which is included with the CV generator module.
