Flicker-free Eurolite MBT-3 Spot MK2 rechargeable battery at a glance

The Eurolite MBT-3 Spot MK2 battery marks the return of a proven classic. Originally known as the MBT-3 from Futurelight and SCY-3 from EUROLITE, this effect is now returning with an improved version. The device, which was previously known until 2017, now has a familiar look, complemented by a powerful rechargeable battery and modernized LEDs.

The design is based on a unique concept with three lenses, two of which are arranged crosswise to create an impressive fan of light. This effect is particularly impressive as an uplight on walls and creates an unmissable eye-catcher by breaking through the fog.

The spot is powered by three energy-efficient 8-watt LEDs based on RGBW colour mixing. Depending on the DMX mode selected, the LEDs can be controlled either individually or together. In addition, the supplied remote control offers the option of making various colour settings for the LEDs.

The cleverly positioned connections on the side of the device allow easy access to the power and DMX input on one side and the output on the other. The device can also be integrated into a DMX wireless network via a USB interface, for example with Quick DMX or Lumenradio CRMX.

The integrated rechargeable battery of the MBT-3 Spot MK2 offers an impressive runtime of up to 16 hours and is fully recharged in just 4 hours. Another advantage is the silent operation, as the device does not require a fan, making it ideal for noise-sensitive environments.
