I it arrived damaged / looks like second hand as it has a hanging clip wedged in it with what looks like a dried up liquid had come out of it. I have sent them emails with photos and left message on their Facebook page, but no one bothered to reply. Rang various telephone numbers that no one answers or are disconnected. I bought from what I was led to believe was a UK company. Not a good company in my experience.
