Self-adhesive hole reinforcement ring for the Bass Drum head

The Fame FRBD-4WH Bass Drum Ring White 4" is a self-adhesive reinforcement ring for the resonant head of a bass drum. It doubles as a template to cut a clean, crack-free hole in the drumhead. To use, simply stick the ring onto the desired spot on the resonant head and cut out the center with a carpet knife. This strengthens the edge of the hole, preventing tearing or fraying. Making a hole in the resonant head allows for microphone placement inside the bass drum and helps achieve a focused, clean fundamental sound.
