The factory-applied coated drumhead has high durability and it focuses the sound. The low shell height created the typical piccolo snare sound with high Pitch and crisp attack.

All the components of the drum are of a very professional quality. Unusual for a drum at this price. It’s also heavier than expected. The shell is out of round by about 4 to 5mm where the snare beds have been pressed. This is the only weak spot of an otherwise well made drum
