The set consists of a perfectly playable and handmade violin, a matching shaped case with a large accessory compartment and a round wooden bow covered with real horsehair. The fact that the wood selection for the FVN-02 violin was by no means spared is proven by the exclusive use of finest curly maple, which is only processed into the finished instrument after ten years of drying. Together with a wafer-thin lacquer, the instrument produces a powerful and full sound. In addition, the Fame FVN-02 4/4 violin set is completed by a well playable fingerboard, solid tuning pegs, a carefully crafted tailpiece and an ebony chinrest.
