FAME Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary - Exclusive electric guitar in Stonewashed Charcoal Gloss
The Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary Burl Stonewashed Charcoal Gloss celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Fame brand as a strictly limited special edition model featuring high quality premium tonewoods, contemporary specifications and outstanding playing comfort. The slim mahogany body with its elegant poplar burl top not only showcases striking visual details, but also offers a comfortable playing position. The generous cutaways provide unrestricted access across the entire neck. The neck is crafted from mahogany and traditionally glued in, while the flat D profile sits comfortably in the hand, allowing every riff and lick on the ebony fingerboard to flow effortlessly. Plugged into an amplifier, the proven combination of a Seymour Duncan SH 2n Jazz in the neck position and a Seymour Duncan SH 4 JB at the bridge delivers versatile tones ranging from pop and blues to rock. The coil split function expands the tonal palette with authentic single coil sounds. The integrated piezo pickup system also provides first class acoustic guitar tones, leaving virtually no limits to tonal variety and musical expression. A Tune O Matic bridge with stopbar tailpiece and precise Gotoh locking tuners complete the Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary Burl Stonewashed Charcoal Gloss.
The limited edition Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary Burl Stonewashed Charcoal Gloss with a top made of intensely figured burl poplar and '20th Anniversary' inlay on the 12th fret of the ebony fingerboard.
High playability and careful wood selection
The Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary Burl is built by experienced luthiers in Europe and stands out for its carefully selected woods and flawless workmanship. The body is made from khaya mahogany and topped with poplar burl, whose unique grain is beautifully highlighted by the finish. A particularly elegant feature is the sharply contoured carved top with a recess in the cutaway, which ensures unhindered playability in all positions. The sapele mahogany neck feels comfortable in the hand thanks to its perfectly proportioned D profile, allowing every note on the ebony fingerboard to ring out with ease.
With two Seymour Duncan humbuckers and a piezo pickup system in the bridge, the Fame Forum IV Modern 20th Anniversary Burl delivers versatile sounds.
Seymour Duncan humbucker for sounds between Blues and Rock
Thanks to its versatile pickup configuration, the Fame Forum IV Modern offers exceptional tonal flexibility. Equipped with a Seymour Duncan SH 4 JB at the bridge and a Seymour Duncan SH 2n Jazz at the neck, this proven humbucker pairing delivers the right sound for styles ranging from blues and pop to rock and even metal. The bridge pickup impresses with high output and strong presence in the focused midrange, while the neck pickup produces warm vintage tones with excellent sustain and clarity. The coil split circuit also provides authentic single coil sounds with a characteristic bell like clarity and articulation.
The front volume control is designed as a push/pull pot and activates the piezo. The humbuckers can be split into single coils using the mini switch.

Excerpt: Otherwise, perfection down to the last detail. The unlacquered satin surfaces convey an extremely pleasant feel, the ergonomics a high level of playing comfort. Schaller hardware, Seymour Duncan pickups and GraphTech Ghost Piezo Bridge with corresponding Preamp - that's how you score plus points. Last but not least, the sound of both guitars is absolutely convincing and, thanks to their very good resonance characteristics, excellent dynamics and stable Sustain, they can also be used for a wide range of different musical genres.
Stars such as Peter Maffay, the 'guitar teacher of the nation' Peter Bursch, solo guitarist Andy Susemihl, JB Meijers and lead guitarist Anna of the Ukrainian girl rock band 'The Sixsters' play the Fame Forum.
