Fame Hybrid PRO sound module - Multifunctional trigger interface with 4 GB memory

The Fame Hybrid PRO is suitable for all e-drum manufacturers, e.g. Roland, Yamaha, Fame, 2Box or Alesis. It offers an easy way to expand an existing e-drum set and add the modern multi-layer sounds of Marco Minnemann and Simon Phillips to an older model. A total of 40 kits with over 400 sounds are waiting in the 4 GB flash memory. All drum triggers from current manufacturers also fit the Fame Hybrid Pro, so an acoustic drum kit can be quickly transformed into a hybrid drum kit with the bombastic sound of the two star drummers. Whether rubber pads or mesh heads, the trigger parameters can be individually adjusted for each pad concept.

The Fame Hybrid PRO Sound Module is a professional e-drum trigger module in the exclusive Simon Phillips and Marco Minnemann Edition, compatible with all manufacturers. It has 12 separate trigger channels, four direct outputs and offers latency-free The sensational 4 GB flash memory can be filled with any number of sounds or WAV samples. It comes with around 400 exclusive multi-layer sounds, consisting of 12,500 individual samples recorded especially for Music Store professional by Simon Phillips and Marco Minnemann. The open sound architecture allows you to quickly sort and create kits, sounds and your own backing tracks with the help of a software editor. The Fame Hybrid PRO sound module has 100 kit memory locations, 40 of which are already equipped with our own sounds. Each kit can be assigned a click or a song - perfect for live use. The four direct outs offer the opportunity to route pads, songs and clicks individually, and the headphone output (stereo) can also be routed as an additional direct output. The stereo line-in also turns the Fame Hybrid PRO module into an in-ear monitoring station. In addition, connected pads can be assigned a function. You can start/stop songs, Loops or the metronome at the touch of a button. The Fame Hybrid PRO is compatible with all manufacturers. All drum and cymbal pads can be connected, and it can also be used perfectly with all triggers .

For all styles, drums and cymbals were recorded with elaborate multi-miking and at different distances. At Fame, multi-layer means that each instrument is recorded at different volume levels. This means that not only the volume, but also the sound image and frequency change with different percussion intensities. Some of the Fame sounds consist of up to 128 individual layers. The result is an absolutely natural sound behavior and an excellent top-class sound.

The Fame Hybrid PRO trigger interface has 12 separate trigger channels, plus HH-Control and Ride-Control. The ultra-fast Fame module enables latency-free playing in numerous dynamic levels. In addition to the snare rim, another pad can be connected to the kick input via a split cable (included). A full 4 GB of flash memory is available for your own samples, Loops and songs. An external source, e.g. a monitor signal, is fed in via line-in. The four direct outputs (mono) are a special highlight. Using differentiated routings, individual instruments or specific groups can be sent separately into the mix, and backing tracks or the metronome can also be sent here, perfect for live use. The Fame Hybrid Pro offers an optimum output solution for every application. From a simple overall stereo mix on the headphones to individual monitor and playback setups, almost anything can be realized with the routing options of the Fame Hybrid PRO.

Metal housing: excellent workmanship at the highest level

The housing of the Fame Hybrid PRO is made of metal and can therefore withstand even the toughest touring conditions. The excellent workmanship is also evident on the rear: each individual input and output socket has a separate screw connection and wiring. This concept significantly minimizes the risk of a defective socket. The robust switches and the two knobs are also designed for extreme durability. The Famesound module is manufactured in Europe to the highest quality standards.

Realistic sound profile with professional studio sounds

In addition to the unique multi-layer samples, another feature contributes to the ultra-realistic Fame sound: Depending on velocity and playing style, the output sounds vary minimally, thus completely avoiding the"machine gun" sound that sometimes makes other electronic drum sets sound artificial, and the Hybrid Pro unfolds an inimitable naturalness with professional studio-quality sounds .

Open sound architecture with PC/MAC software editor: Fame Hybrid PRO

The unique open sound concept of the Fame Hybrid Pro module is a sensational innovation in this price range. If you connect the module to a device via USB, it is recognized as a storage medium in USB mode and you can access the entire module. Using drag & drop, samples, Loops and entire songs can be dragged onto the module, which can then be called up immediately on the Fame Hybrid Pro module. All settings, such as eg. Kits, sounds, presets and triggers can be organized and arranged on the PC/MAC similar to pictures. Your own kits can be easily loaded with sounds and songs using the free software editor, allowing you to create a kit list to match the setlist at the concert, which can then be called up in sequence. If required, the software editor can be used to create multi-layer sounds with 127 velocity levels from your own sounds. An excellent multi-layer sound can be created from any WAV file, e.g. studio recordings of an acoustic drum set.

As a Fame Hybrid Pro customer, you can now benefit from additional sounds that can be called up directly in the module. These are authentic and modern cymbal and drum sounds that were commissioned by us in a professional recording studio. For the Cymbal sounds, a Zildjian K' Custom Dark Set and a Meinl Pure Alloy Cymbal Set were sampled. Renowned microphones, Preamps and transducers were used to guarantee a high-quality sound experience. Of course, these are high-resolution multi-layer samples with 44.1 kHz and 24 bit, which were constructed from numerous individual samples; the hihat sounds, for example, consist of over 260 individual samples. All sounds were recorded using the multi-mic method, using six microphones for each sample. The legendary Sonor Hilite series was sampled for the Drum sounds. Three high-quality sets were created using different tunings, different head types and other mix parameters in post-production. A prog kit, a rock kit and the gated reverb kit offer outstanding possibilities for numerous musical styles and songs.

These are beautiful, authentic and relaxing handpan sounds with matching loops, which were commissioned by us in a professional recording studio. Renowned microphones, Preamps and converters were used to guarantee a high-quality sound experience. Of course, these are high-resolution multi-layer samples with 44.1 kHz and 24 bit, which were constructed from numerous individual samples using the multi-mic method. Up to ten Velocity levels (layers) per sound are available, creating an extremely realistic playing experience. In post-production, six impressive kits have been created, which stimulate creativity and, in combination with the modern Loops, offer numerous design options.

Of course, these are high-resolution multi-layer samples with 44.1 kHz and 24 bit, which have been constructed from numerous individual samples; the hihat sounds, for example, consist of over 150 individual samples.
