The Kalimba from Fame is made from pine wood and has 15 steel tongues that produce varied tones.

The Kalimba is an African musical instrument that is constructed on a wooden board (often fitted with a resonator) with attached staggered metal tines, and is played by holding the instrument in the hands and plucking the tines with the thumbs.
