With the MT 218B Fame Audio presents a most powerful subwoofer system, which - thanks to W-Horn design and equipped with two 18" high-performance drivers - is suitable for medium to large events as well as installations, when especially a proper bass foundation is required.
The passive subwoofer shines with deep and precise bass reproduction at a maximum sound pressure of up to 134 dB! This is ensured by a peak power handling of 2000 watts.
The housing is made of high quality sturdy MDF and protected by a durable textured finish against external influences. The Fame MT 218B subwoofer is therefore absolutely suitable for the road, but is of course also suitable for installations in clubs, bars or similar venues.
Last but not least, the excellent price-performance ratio of the Fame Audio MT 218B should be mentioned. Much, much bass for little money - an excellent price-bass performance ratio, so to speak!
Have a pair of these for the last six and a half years. Great speakers for a big bass sound. They may be heavy, but the caster wheels included make them easy to transport.
Great speakers for taking on the road, because theyre bulletproof, well able to take a beating. Would recommend highly. Dont be a brand snob, Fame have got it right with both these, and the MT15 fullrange tops.
great sound, construction. good deep bass but also punched. the 18" gives a deep low frequency perception very punchy. good handles, nice cover.good look, recommendable for all pa reinforcements up tp 10000 watts rms.
Has an excelent sound and the bass punch is huge!! You can realy feel the sound quality in your very chest. The bass is very deep and clear.
You don´t eveen need a very powerfull amplifier.
I love this product. These speakers are great for the basic amateur user and for any professional user.
