The Fame Pro Snare/Tom Trigger is compatible with all sound modules. Fame Drum Triggers are suitable to transfer the signals of an acoustic drum set into any sound module. The single stereo trigger for snares and toms generates two separate signals and you can assign different sounds to both rim and head. The extremely sturdy housing is made of satin-finished metal and can easily withstand continuous use on tour. The lower end is made of hard plastic, this construction protects the hoop from scratches. A conventional square screw on the side allows the Tom/Snare Trigger to be mounted on any hoop, whether wood, cast iron or triple flanged hoops.
Without much effort you can upgrade a drum kit to a versatile hybrid drum set. The Fame Drum Triggers were professionally adjusted to the Fame Hybrid Pro module, but the use with any other module is possible without any problems, because Fame Drum Triggers are universally compatible with all common brands. The excellent sensor made of memory foam applies constant pressure on the heads, so the solid piezo transducer generates a constant and optimal output signal.
A hybrid drum kit is a mix of acoustic drums and digital technology that enhances the drum sound and amplifies it with electronic sounds. For example you can equip your conventional drum set with the Fame Triggers and then mix the digital samples with the acoustic signals. This way the acoustic sound is supplemented or even replaced in a multilayered way. This method has become very popular, especially for live use, as the performance benefits from the digital drum sound. Furthermore, it is possible to transform an acoustic drum set into a complete e-drum set with mesh heads. These heads can be played silently, in connection with the Fame Pro Trigger the necessary interface to the sound module is provided, which converts the beats into digital impulses.
In combination with the Fame Hybrid Pro Sound Module, the Fame Pro Trigger delivers excellent results and user friendly application. Our flagship Hybrid Pro recognizes the trigger parameters of the Fame Pro Trigger and in combination offers very realistic dynamics and bombastic sound for professionals. If you want to trigger four toms, you can use the Hybrid Pro harness, if only two toms go into the module, rim and head can be triggered separately. The Fame Pro Trigger can also be used universally with all other modules on the market, but the individual trigger parameters may have to be adjusted.
