With the UP-4000 BT, FAME is expanding its digital piano series with an interesting model that combines a modern design with cutting-edge features and a powerful, outstanding sound. The 88-key Grand Action keyboard impresses with its weighted hammer action, which, together with the 3-sensor technology, ensures particularly expressive playing.
The pull-out keyboard cover protects the keyboard and technology from dust and dirt. The music holder is integrated into the instrument and can easily hold several sheets of music or a tablet. Operating the UP-4000 BT is particularly easy thanks to the touch-sensitive display.

The digital sound generation impresses with 40 professional sounds that cover a wide musical range, from classical music to pop and jazz. The piano sounds, in particular, offer realistic sound reproduction. Six reverb types and six chorus variants are available to adapt the sounds to personal taste. The high polyphony of 256 voices ensures that even fast passages are played clearly, without fading notes being cut off.
The 88-key Graded Action 3-Sensor Premium (G3P) keyboard features white keys with ivory texture and black keys with a soft texture, all with individual key release that mimics the feel of an acoustic grand piano. Thanks to the 3-sensor technology, playing is not only more expressive but also significantly faster, as the key position is detected when struck, released, and even halfway through the stroke.

The user-friendly control panel features a high-contrast OLED touch display that makes selecting sounds and adjusting settings intuitive. When not in use, the screen and controls “disappear,” retaining the traditional look of an acoustic piano. An animated screen saver is available as an alternative.
The UP-4000 BT offers two recording options: the first is a linear note recorder that records the playing as digital notes. The second option is an audio recorder that records the game on a separately available USB stick in MP3 or WAV format and can even play back music tracks in these formats.
The keyboard offers Layer, Split, and Dual modes: Layer allows two sounds to be played simultaneously, Split assigns a second sound to the lower keyboard, and Dual lets two players share the keyboard.
The integrated metronome has a wide speed range of 5–320 beats per minute, perfect for practice.
Other features include 100 popular classical songs to play along with and 320 learning songs based on Beyer, Czerny, Burgmüller, and Hanon for targeted practice.
The UP-4000 BT includes an innovative AI-based play-to-search function. You can play a short melody on the keyboard to quickly find and recall the corresponding piece within 10 seconds, even if the melody is played imperfectly or with both hands.

In addition to analog stereo inputs and outputs, the digital interfaces support MIDI and audio via Bluetooth and USB. This allows the piano to interface with DAWs, record directly to a computer, or connect to a tablet for music playback or piano learning apps.
Two headphone outputs (large and small jacks) allow undisturbed practice or duet playing at any time of day.
The UP-4000 BT’s speaker system produces a clear, powerful sound with depth. Four speakers (2x bass 12 cm, 2x treble 5 cm) deliver 2x25 W + 2x25 W output. The integrated digital control system and Master Equaliser ensure a sound quality that rivals much more expensive digital pianos.
