Digital piano with hammer action, large touch Display and 40 tones
With the UP-4000 BT, FAME is expanding its digital piano series with an interesting model that combines a modern design with cutting-edge features and a powerful, outstanding sound. The 88-key Grand Action keyboard impresses with its weighted hammer action, which together with the 3-sensor technology ensures particularly accentuated playing. The pull-out keyboard cover protects the keyboard and the technology from dust and dirt. The music holder is located on the instrument and can easily hold several sheets of music and, of course, a tablet. Operating the UP-4000 BT is particularly easy thanks to the touch-sensitive touch display.
Sound selection & polyphony
The digital sound generation of the UP-4000 BT impresses with 40 professional sounds that cover a wide musical range from all genres of classical music, but also pop music and jazz. The piano sounds in particular impress with their realistic sound reproduction. There are six reverb types and six chorus variants to customize the sounds to your personal taste. The high polyphony of 256 voices is more than sufficient to ensure that no fading note is swallowed, even when playing fast.
Keyboard with wooden core
The 88-key Graded Action 3-Sensor Premium (G3P) keyboard has white keys with ivory texture and black keys with a soft texture, all with individual key release that mimic the feel of an acoustic grand piano. Due to the 3-sensor technology used, accentuated and, above all, significantly faster playing is possible, as the position of the keys is not only detected when they are struck and released, but also halfway through the stroke.
Large touch display
The user-friendly control panel features a high-contrast OLED touch display that makes selecting sounds and changing settings intuitive and straightforward. When not in use, the screen and controls 'disappear', retaining the traditional look of an acoustic piano. An animated screen saver is available as an alternative to hiding the screen.
Recording function
The UP-4000 BT offers two recording options: the first is a linear note recorder that records the playing as digital notes. The second option is an audio recorder that records the game on a separately available USB stick in MP3 or WAV format and can even play back music tracks in these formats.
Convenient additional functions
The keyboard offers the modes Layer, Split and Dual, so it is possible to layer two sounds on top of each other (Layer), play a second sound in the lower keyboard area with the left hand (Split) or halve the keyboard and play two on the instrument (Dual).
The integrated metronome is perfect for practicing and has a wide speed range of 5-320 beats per minute.
Other features include 100 popular classical songs to play along to and 320 learning songs based on Beyer, Czerny, Burgmüller and Hanon, which you can use for targeted practicing and playing.
AI-based play-to-search function
With such an extensive song library, you may spend a lot of time searching menus for a song you already know, which can be time-consuming and inefficient. Fortunately, this instrument offers an innovative player recognition function using AI technology. With this feature, you can play a short melody on the keyboard to find and recall the corresponding piece within 10 seconds, regardless of whether you play with your left hand, right hand or both at the same time. Even if the melody you play is not perfect, the AI can still find the best matching piece.
Flexible connection options
In addition to the analog stereo inputs and outputs, the digital interfaces are particularly interesting, as MIDI and audio are transmitted via Bluetooth and USB. This means that the digital piano can be used to enter notes in conjunction with music production software (DAW) and send the sound to the computer for recording in one go.
The instrument can be connected to a tablet via Bluetooth, for example, to play music from YouTube on the speakers or to use a piano learning app.
Thanks to two headphone outputs with large and small jacks, it can also be played and practiced undisturbed in duets at any time of day.
Powerful speaker system for the perfect piano sound
The speakers installed in the UP-4000 BT also benefit from many years of experience in instrument making. Individual speakers for different frequency ranges produce a clear, powerful sound with depth. A total of four loudspeakers are installed, which achieve an output of 2x 25 W + 2x 25 W. Two on each side for bass with a diameter of 12 cm and treble with a diameter of 5 cm. By incorporating a digital control system and the MasterEqualizer , FAME has succeeded in offering the sound quality of a far more expensive electric piano.
Why are FAME products so inexpensive?
Because we have been sourcing FAME products directly from one of the largest electronics manufacturers in the Far East for over 20 years, so there is no wholesale stage. In addition, we always buy FAME in large quantities by container in order to achieve the best prices. Due to the high manufacturing quality of FAME products, we grant a warranty period of 3 years.
