In order to retain the crisp basic tone of the original, the Fender '60 Stratocaster NOS RW Lake Placid Blue features the classic wood combination of an alder body and a maplescrew-on neck. The back of the neck features a historically accurate '60s oval 'C' neck profile, which conveys a tried and tested feel for the fretting hand and makes any lick easy to play. The neck is finished off with a rosewood fingerboard in AAA quality with 21 vintage frets and a traditional 7.25" radius for an authentic playing feel.
