The 2-piece alder body features a Faded Aged Shoreline Gold finish, giving it a vintage touch thanks to the nitrocellulose lacquer. The bolt-on rift-sawn maple neck with a 1962 Jaguar profile carries a rosewood fingerboard in AAA quality with a 9.5" radius, ensuring comfortable playability across 22 frets.
The alternative bass cut "Strangle" circuit enables crisper vintage sounds with defined highs.
Custom Shop '62 Jaguar single coils and bass-cut "Strangle" circuit
Equipped with two Custom Shop '62 Jaguar single coils in the neck and bridge positions, the guitar delivers the pure vintage Jaguar tone, defined by present mids and crystal-clear highs. A 2-way slide switch allows selection between the conventional circuit and the bass-cut "Strangle" circuit, producing a crisper vintage sound while retaining the iconic Jaguar character. Additionally, two on/off slide switches for each pickup provide extra tonal flexibility.
The RSD Jaguar/Jazzmaster bridge can be used optimally for shallow vibrato nuances or present surf-rock waves!
