The Fender Custom Shop 1965 Stratocaster Super Heavy Relic from the Time Machine series is a meticulously crafted homage to a vintage Strat that has seen decades of play. Its two-piece selected alder body features an elaborately aged Super Heavy Relic finish in Super Faded Aged Tahitian Coral over 3-Color Sunburst, conveying authentic road-worn character down to the finest details. The maple neck, shaped in the comfortable 1965 Strat "C" profile (.790" at the 1st fret, .920" at the 12th fret), is paired with a 3A rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5" radius and 21 Narrow Tall 6105 frets, providing a modern feel while preserving classic aesthetics. Three Custom Shop Hand-Wound '65 single coils (Middle RWRP) deliver the quintessential mid-sixties Strat sound bell-like, transparent, and dynamic featuring authentic vintage voicing and modern 5-way switching. High-quality hardware completes the package, including a 6-saddle Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo with bent-steel saddles, vintage tuners with the Fender® logo, and a bone nut. The guitar is delivered in a Deluxe hardshell case and includes a certificate of authenticity.
