The two-piece body, crafted from selected ash with a staggered glue joint, offers a lightweight build and classic Stratocaster handling, while the nitrocellulose lacquer finish gives it a naturally stunning look. The quartersawn neck made from 2A Flame maple provides excellent stability and is paired with a fingerboard of the same material, featuring 22 medium jumbo frets and a modern 12" radius. The '60s oval "C" neck profile strikes the perfect balance between comfort and speed across the entire 25.5" scale length. Finishing touches such as the bone nut, golden Vintage-Style tuners, and the gold 6-saddle RSD Stratocaster tremolo with steel saddles complete the instrument to perfection.

The American Custom Stratocaster NOS is equipped with three hand-woundCustom Shop '60-'63 Dual-Mag Strat Single Coils, delivering the full range of classic Strat tones, from bright, shimmering cleans to bold, overdriven sounds. The SSS pickup configuration is controlled via a 5-way switch, complemented by a Master Volume and two tone controls. One of these features is the Greasebucket Tone Circuit for the bridge pickup, which allows you to roll off treble without boosting bass, maintaining clarity without muddiness. This combination offers exceptional tonal flexibility and precise control over the iconic Stratocaster sound.
