With the Fender 1951 Precision Bass Closet Classic Lake Placid Blue, Fender Custom Shop Masterbuilder Dennis Galuszka presents a very special interpretation of the legendary electric bass. The body, made of light ash, is screwed together with a one-piece walnut neck, which gives the sound of the electric bass an independent colouring with silky mids and highs. With the powerful "51 U" profile, the neck also fits snugly in the hand and offers the perfect foundation for driving grooves, even with a gripping playing style. On the amplifier, the classic 1955 single coil promises a middle-heavy sound that perfectly asserts itself in the band sound with a crisp attack. Rugged Vintage hardware in the form of a Fender Vintage bass bridge and open mechanics completes the 1951 Fender Masterbuilt Precision Bass Closet Classic Lake Placid Blue.
