The all solidFender CT Malibu Special MAH completes the timeless California Traditional Series, which offers the player not only unique designs but also the best materials and greatest playability. Thanks to its design featuring a mahogany top and mahogany body, the compact Malibu model develops a very powerful and defined sound, which is particularly warm in the mid frequencies and is perfect for picking. A short 612 mm scale length and a narrow 43 mm nut width give the player perfect access to all 20 frets embedded in the Pau-Ferro fingerboard. The flat mahogany neck with a slim "C" profile does the rest and forms the absolute highlight of the instrument with the typical Fender headstock. A precise Fishman pickup system reproduces the acoustic sound of the Malibu naturally and includes an integrated tuner.
