New bridge construction, perfect playing characteristics

The new two point tremolo on the American Professional Two Stratocaster improves both the functionality of the bridge and the tonal performance of the instrument. Its cold rolled steel block adds sustain and rich harmonic content to the Strat sound. The classic Stratocaster neck heel has also been refined. Its contoured shape provides ample space for the left hand when playing in the upper registers and allows precise techniques across the entire fretboard. Position changes are nearly effortless, while the Super Natural satin finish on the Deep C maple neck provides an unusually smooth support for the thumb.

V-Mod II Stratocaster Single Coils & Revised Electronics

The V Mod Two single coil pickups on the American Professional Two Strat are carefully matched to their positions on the neck, middle and bridge, allowing each pickup to fully exploit the Stratocaster's three classic positions. All three pickups are controlled by a master volume, while the bridge pickup has its own tone control. A treble bleed circuit ensures that the volume can be reduced without losing clarity or definition in the treble range. For additional tonal options, the neck pickup can also be added to the circuit for Telecaster style sounds in positions one and two using the push push function of the second tone control.
