It uses a handwound Split coil pickup, high quality tonewoods and best components to get as close as possible to the 1963 specifications including hardshell Case and certificate of authenticity!

Following the traditional design of the P-Bass, the FenderLimited Edition '63 Precision Bass HRL Dirty Shell Pink #CZ560642 features a hand-wound '62 Precision BassSplit Coil pickup that provides that classic Preci growl and evokes warm vintage tones. Wiring also stays true to the classic design and is made up of a volume knob and an additional tone shutter.

The Quarter Sawn Maple Neck is connected to the alder body via the classic quadruple screw joint.
