Accordingly, the body is made of pine, whereby the wood is over 100 years old, while the neck is made of bird's-eye maple and lies comfortably in the hand with the "Modern Deep C" profile. At the amplifier, the combination of a Lollar Charlie Christian pickup at the neck and a Fender Gray Bottom single coil at the bridge delivers versatile sounds between blues, jazz and rock. The body is made of over 100 years old pine wood and is screwed to the neck made of bird's-eye maple.
The body of the Fender American Pro PIne Telecaster is made of "Cooked Reclaimed Pine". This pine was initially part of the Globe Grain Elevator building in Superior, Wisconsin for over 100 years before it was rescued when the building was demolished and used for instrument making. In combination with the screwed neck made of bird's-eye maple, this wood provides a particularly resonant sound with a lively sound response. The "Modern Deep C" profile offers a high playing comfort.
