Its raw and powerful character made the Telecaster not only the weapon of choice for many guitarists of country, blues and rock, but also a distinctive icon among electric guitars. The Fender Limited Edition Player Telecaster MN Aged Natural combines the best of vintage and modern, presenting traditional and hand-crafted body dimensions, while two Player Series single coils with Alnico 5 magnets add a bite to the classic vintage twang. In terms of playing technique, a modern C-profile provides better handling in lead playing and, thanks to an additional 22nd fret, further possibilities on the fretboard.
Fender Limited Edition Player Telecaster MN Aged NaturalTelecaster fitted with Humbuckers, what a good idea, strong and reliable design with a new twist
The usual quality build as you would expect from Fender, very playable and a most agreeable sound scape, all at a very affordable price.
This is a great guitar, and well set up out of the box. I didn't notice any pain points, like sharp frets on the bottom of the neck as described in other reviews (not on this website). The guitar was playable straight away, even though the factory strings are way too light for my liking and style. A proper set up will be coming soon though, but I was delighted to give it a good try as is when I received it. The only thing I'm not too fond of is the pau ferro fingerboard, it looks a bit cheap. Otherwise, great sounds can be obtained from the pick-ups, both in series and parallel modes, and the color scheme looks really nice. I'm not a guitarist for starters, I'm a bassist, so I don't really know if these would compare to "real" telecasters with dual single coil pickups. I do find there's some twang though in series mode on the bridge pickup. First time I ever buy a guitar brand new, and I don't regret it one bit!
Delivery fab double boxed with padding. Optical flawless thanks to music store roadie team. Well crafted in Mexico . Seven Stars
The guitar is great - sounds awesome, as is expected from Fender Telecaster.
Craftsmanship and packaging however could be better. I had some minor bumps and scratches on the fretboard and headstock. Maybe due to inefficient packaging and careless shipping.
