The Fender Japan Hybrid '68 Strat California Blue convinces with classic '60s Custom Colour Styling and a versatile sound with a clear vintage character. The Japanese Fender Factory uses an alder body with a typical contour cut and a screwed maple neck in the traditional "U" profile. With three original Fender USA Vintage Stratocaster single coil pickups, the electric guitar also delivers a multi-faceted sound spectrum between blues, pop, rock and funk. Of course, the Fender Japan Hybrid '68 Strat features the Fender 2-Point Synchronized Tremolo and traditional Fender Vintage "F"-Stamped tuners.
The Fender Japan Hybrid '68 Strat California Blue is based on the classic construction, which promises a lively sound and the typical playing comfort. Accordingly, the typical "Contour Body" is made of alder, while the screwed neck is made of one-piece maple. The classic "U"-profile and the fretboard radius of 10" create optimal conditions for an extremely smooth playability.
Three original Fender USA Vintage Stratocaster single coil pickups are used on the Fender Japan Hybrid '68 Strat California Blue. Accordingly, the guitar amplifier offers a multi-faceted sound spectrum in both the clean and overdrive channels, providing first-class blues, rock, funk and pop sounds with high transparency and lively dynamics. The pickups are managed using the classic Stratocaster circuitry, which consists of a 5-way blade switch, a master volume pot and two tone controls.
Last but not least, the Fender Japan Hybrid '68 Strat California Blue offers high-quality hardware equipment that can handle even the toughest stage applications with unrestricted functionality. The Fender 2-Point Synchronized Tremolo serves as a bridge with curved steel string riders that decorates melodies or chords with shimmering pitch modulations.
