The Fender Japan Traditional '60s Tele Custom California Blue from the Japanese Fender Factory comes in a chic custom colour finish accentuated by white bindings. Fender relies on the proven Telecaster construction with alder body and bolt-on maple neck, whose "U" profile ensures optimum playability over the entire rosewood fingerboard. Two Fender Vintage-Style Single Coil also deliver the legendary Twang for Blues, Country and Rock licks with enormous assertiveness. Last but not least, the Fender Japan Traditional '60s Telecaster Custom features the tried-and-tested 3-seat bridge with string guidance through the body and precise Fender Die-Cast tuners.

Traditional Design
For the construction of the Fender Japan Traditional '60s Tele Custom, the Japanese Fender Facility uses the traditional construction method, which provides the basis for the legendary Twang and comfortable playability. Accordingly, the alder body with bindings is manufactured with a slightly reduced frame width, while the bolt-on maple neck carries a rosewood fingerboard. The classic "U" neck profile creates optimal playing conditions so that every note runs out of your hand as if by itself.
Classic Telecaster Sounds
With two Fender vintage-style single-coil pickups, Fender Japan Traditional '60s Tele Custom also delivers authentic tele sounds that create the best conditions for assertive clean and overdrive sounds between rock, blues and country with the legendary Twang. The pickups are managed using the classic Tele circuit consisting of 3-way blade switches and general volume and tone controls, which can be used to call up a wide variety of tones.

Accordingly, the Fender 3-Saddle Vintage Tele Bridge is fitted to the body, which with three threaded barrel riders not only guarantees optimum adjustment of intonation and string position, but also string spacing. The string routing through the body also contributes to the extremely crisp sound of this electric guitar. Six Fender Die-Cast Tuners and the bone saddle on the headstock guarantee precise and stable tuning.
