Traditional construction and modern comfort
The alder body is paired with a bolt-on maple neck featuring a modern "C" profile, providing comfortable playability thanks to the satin finish on the back. The rosewood fingerboard has 20 medium jumbo frets and a 9.5" radius for a balanced playing feel. Fast bass lines or intricate licks are executed easily in classic Jazz Bass style, offering maximum comfort across genres. A 5-saddle HiMass bridge ensures optimal tuning and intonation stability, complemented by tapered-shaft open-gear tuners and a TUSQ saddle.
Player II Noiseless Jazz Bass V Single Coils
Two Noiseless Jazz Bass V single coils provide the tonal foundation, delivering classic Fender voicing with balanced lows and precise mid-treble. The active preamp with 3-band EQ also includes a passive treble control, allowing for versatile tone shaping ideal for modern sounds with a vintage character. The Player II Modified Jazz Bass V can be individually tailored to any musical situation and precisely fine-tuned as needed.
