The high-output Alnico 2 humbucker delivers a rich sound that can easily handle heavy distortion or even high-gain settings, whilst retaining the classic Strat character. Those who prefer a bluesy overdrive sound or gentle clean tones will find that the two Alnico 5 single-coil pickups deliver the classic Strat sound, characterised by soft mids and distinctive highs.
The hardware of the Fender Player II Stratocaster HSS RW Rally Orange consists of a 2-point tremolo, Fender ClassicGear tuning machines and the classic four-screw neck plate with the ‘F’ logo. The controls and pickups also feature an Aged White cover, which gives the Player II Stratocaster a typical vintage look.
