With its strong character combination of exotic tonewoods and exquisite component selection, the Maple Top Fender Flame Stratocaster Golden Brown impressively represents the Fender Rarities series. With a noble grained curly maple top in the Golden Brown finish and a massive rosewood neck with a set-on and intensely drawn maple fingerboard, this is Strat a true unique specimen. Two Pure '65 Vintage Single coils are used in the neck and middle position, while the one known DoubleTap Humbucker from the American Performer series on the bridge expands the sound palette of the latter Strat . In addition, the Flame Maple Top Stratocaster offers an S-1 switch in the volume control, so you can also recall classic Single Coil Bridge sounds.
With a two-piece maple top, solid rosewood neck and maple fingerboard, the Fender Rarities Flame Maple Top Stratocaster represents an exquisite selection of tonewood.

For the Flame Maple top Stratocaster of the Rarities series only high quality woods with a strong grain are used. Accordingly, the two-piece curly maple top glued to the two-piece alder body offers a clear and even grain and, in combination with the Golden Brown finish, achieves a high contrasting effect. The neck is made of solid Palisander wood and has a well adjustable bi-tensioning Flex rod as well as a 22-flush maple fingerboard with a clearly visible flame.

Played on the amplifier, the Flame Maple Top Stratocaster Golden Brown presents the full program of the powerful HSS pickup setup. In neck and middle position, two Fender Pure '65 Vintage Single coils play out their classic strengths in a famous Strat manner, while the DoubleTap Humbucker steaming sound of the bridge serves the Rock and Metal best. Even dynamic single coil sounds on the bridge are no problem for the Rarities Flame Maple Top Stratocaster thanks to the coil split function via S-1 circuit in the volume control.

The Hardware equipment also follows the strict specifications of Fender USA and is composed of high-quality Premium components. A modern 2-point tremolo system with bent steel string riders and tuning-stable Fender mechanics with stepped axes is used, while the bone saddle provides resonant sounds and good intonation.
